Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MarryPrep you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract.

Give accurate information, keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You keep ownership of everything you add: guest lists, photos, text, vendor profiles and messages. You give us permission to store, display and send it as needed to run the service for you. Do not upload anything that you do not have the right to share or that is unlawful.

MarryPrep connects couples and wedding professionals. A vendor appears in the public directory after our team has reviewed its profile, but we do not guarantee any vendor’s quality, availability or prices. Any agreement for services is between the couple and the vendor, and we are not a party to it.

Reviews can only be left by a couple whose booking with that vendor is marked as completed. Do not post false or abusive reviews; we may remove content that breaks these rules.

Do not use MarryPrep to send spam, to harass anyone, to scrape or overload the service, to break the law, or to interfere with its security. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work to keep MarryPrep running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect you.

To the extent the law allows, MarryPrep is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for what vendors or other users do. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using MarryPrep and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you by email.
